Ulta Beauty, in partnership with Allure, aspired to challenge beauty standards through conversations around representation, identity, self-acceptance, and more. In year one, the campaign featured real women’s stories through video, social, branded content, and Allure's first podcast. Year two focused on letters from celebrities, influencers, and editors, reflecting on their journeys of self-acceptance, culminating in Allure's first branded digital cover with Tracee Ellis Ross. I was instrumental in the ideation, planning, and execution of the highly successful program.

  • Campaign Sale Collateral: Created the campaign's creative pitch, securing stakeholder approval and uniting teams under a cohesive vision.

  • Project Management: Managed timelines, coordinated cross-functional teams, and ensured all deliverables met deadlines and budgets.
